What is the name of your state? Ohio

I'm still getting collection notices from Comcast although I had my bankruptcy haering on Monday. I dont have an attorney, so am I supposed to call Comcast or something?

Oops.. sorry. Huge migraine this morning, I missed that.

Since you are pro se, then I would call the Comcast office and remind them that you have filed for bankrutpcy and give them your case number. I would follow up with a written notification of the same information and remind them that their collection activity is a violation of the automatic stay and you could have them brought before the court for contempt if they don't stop.

Usually it's a case of the left hand now knowing what the right is doing, but you need to nip it in the bud anyway.
