I did a project on contract, I listed myself as Inc. without being Incorporated, now its in small claims with a motion for Dismissal based on the fact that I am not legally incorporated, How can I fight this? Thanks!

Need details. Are you the Plaintiff or Defendant?? What is the basis of the claim?? Who has filed for dismissal?? What exactly is the claim made?? Are they asking for 'with prejudice'???

In any case, you have the potential for some major problems. Including Fraud, deceptive practices, not licensed, not insured, etc. It all depends on the type of 'contract', type of work performed, details, details, etc.
