Combining personal & small biz debt

I am trying to determine if business (sole proprietor) credit cards are to be listed in a personal chp# 7 BR.
Also must you list creditors that get paid in full monthly; 30 day accounts.

Also; the business makes some profit, I don't/can't close it down for I have too many obligations with my customers.
