Is there any limitation to the length of a commercial lease. We signed a contract for a 3 yr lease, and we would like to know if there is anyway we can break the contract early? We are in Post Falls, Idaho. Vmalloy

Yes, you can break the contract early. BUt then you will be subject to the early termination provisions as set forth in said lease.
So read your lease.
A lease term can be 1 day to over a million years.
