state of wisconsin: i signed a commercial offer to purchase as did the seller ( property was in his name ) about 14 days later ( shortly before we closed ) he sold the property to a corporation he was presedent of. the closed the realestate contract with me 7 days later. i though the offer to purchase was a binding one. can he sell the property after he already signed to sell directly to me?

If you were in contract with him prior to the transfer, then the transfer is voidable. If he refuses to correct the deeds voluntarily, you would have to sue for breach of contract and specific performance to obtain a deed with the individual as grantor rather than the corporation.
