I have a pole building that has state approved commercial building plans. There have been problems from day one and the company has been back several times for repairs, but the repairs are only quick fixes and I hound them to come back. I now am past the warranty and they no longer respond. The state building inspector sent them a notice of what has to be corrected, there are code violations in the construction, for example wooden headers instead of I beams.
When a company doesn't follow state code who has the power to make them correct the work?
