In Brooklyn, New York I have a commercial tenant who owes me $3550 and refuses to pay. Is a commercial nonpayment the same as residential and requires a 30 day notice?
Are the same forms used and is the case held in Brooklyn Landlord/Tenant Court?

Commercial non-pay different from residential. Notice of various sorts may be required under lease (common oversight of LLs). Proceeding venued in NYCCC, Kings County. I've been there many times.
