What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I have been a month to month tenant of a commercial warehouse for 6 years.
We are a cable construction company and have a large number of heavy equipment machines and vehicles (some of which are disabled). It is a large warehouse full of additional equipment. We just received a termination of tenancy pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 83.03(3). There is no way we can remove all the equipment and tools in the 20 days notice we were given. Is there anything we can do?

If your lease says the LL could end the lease in 20 days I suggest you get every one in even if it means OT or get friends and family to assist you to clear out. I suspect you risk the LL locking the unit if your not out by the end of the notice. As far as where to put things , storage garages, lockers. Know anyone who knows some one out of town with a pole shed or barn they could rent ? It is not a impossible task get your non running stuff / non essentials pulled out and into storage somewhere starting this weekend , it should be alot easier after that, BTW what does your lease say if anything about overstaying when moving out? BTW if in doubt or you do not understand your lease use the links above to get assistance from a atty to help you review it.
