I work for a company that is 100% commision but we have a draw set at minimum wage. My question is this, they are requiring that we work every Saturday of the month until are #'s are to a certain level in which 90% of the company is not at. The managers here have been changing are time cards for as long as I can remember and making us sign them with only 40 hours. Is this illegal to change our hours and if we receive overtime do we have to pay back the company? By the way we are all W2'ed!
