what commission is over abstract & escrow agency's I sent my complaint to the real estate commission
They sent me a letter stating they had know jurisdiction.But they had forward my complaint
to the Insurance commission Title department.My question has my complaint made it to the wright commission to have jurisdiction to reveiw my complaint.What is the name of your state?

just want to clear my name before I die

If someone could just look past my mistakes in my grammer and my education and read my post. I would like some kind of advice I cant afford A lawyer but my question are sincere. I was hoping I could use this forum to help me clear my self from this misjustis. I have A decease that will take my life I just can't get this out of my head it eats at me every day. I try to tell my self to put it in gods hands but I keep thinken of my one year old son that should be inheriting what these people stole from me. I can not exsplain the details but you can read my previouse post it should explain. this forum brought me hope enough so I can fall asleep at night .
I wake hoping to find some kind of answer to this whole nightmare.

Very simple, whoever you are doing business with is licensed, correct? A government agency issued that license. Generally, that agency also has some powers to regulate that business. Please note, I said some powers. That is where you send your complaint. And not all regulatory agencies have a commision. In many states an appointed bureaucrat runs the agency. Depending on what your actual problem is, the court system may be your only recourse. Grab your yellow pages and start calling attorneys the deal in the area you are having your problem. Many will give free consultations. Or click on the orange button in this thread that says "Post your case to an attorney".
