What is the name of your state? Washington
My question is, When we moved here to Washington did my hubby become liable for my debts? We are in the military and are always moving. How does that work? I have also noticed that some of my old debt that will be falling off my credit report this year and next year are coming up on my hubby's (newly listed last year) and will be on there for a full seven years. Is this right. These debts are paid for and have been for sometime now.
Thanks
