Hello, I am in the middle of a divorce in Ohio, and my ex has an account for a credit card, and a loan for a computer he purchased on his own. They did not use my income nor credit history for these loans. Will I be responsible for these debts if he does not go back to work?

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

I can tell you for sure - - maybe.

There's no telling what a judge will award or order in the final decree of divorce. You'll just have to wait and see.
