I bought my company car from the company I used to work for when I left the company last year in August. To date I have not received a bill of sale or a copy of the title. I have been calling and emailing them for months and still nothing. I never called a lawyer because of my relationship with the company and it's workers but I had enough. Is there a statute of limitations on my case. I paid them last year August with a Cashier's check and wanted to know what my next steps should be. Thank you in advance for all the help anyone could give me.

When you "call them" what kind of a response do you get?

You can do a title search by the VIN through Autocheck or one of the other services, although the DMV might give you the info "free" if you want to wait forever. That would tell you if any paperwork was ever transferred through the DMV. Since 1 year is not only unacceptable, but also probably illegal, stop trying to be nice and DEMAND your title.
