I bought my company car from the company I used to work for when I left the company last year in August. To date I have not received a bill of sale or a copy of the title. I have been calling and emailing them for months and still nothing. I never called a lawyer because of my relationship with the company and it's workers but I had enough. Is there a statute of limitations on my case. I paid them last year August with a Cashier's check and wanted to know what my next steps should be.
