My employer is demanding I submit to having my picture and bio posted on its webpage. As my particular position is mainly out of the public's eye, I really don't want to submit. And the manner in which it was dictated to me (it is not open to discussion) is making me want to resist all the more. Do I have the right to object to having my photo posted on the company website? (I live and work in Pennsylvania.)

Well, you need to flesh your reasons behind keeping your pciture hidden. I think you need to check with an employment law attorney or at least the EEOC as to privacy concerns. I think you may have some right to privacy, i.e. if you need to keep anonymity.
