What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? WA

I am vested in a company pension plan, and am now eligible to receive benefits.

Several months ago I requested the monthly benefit amount and when I would begin receiving same.

Was told that my request was submitted but that they are "very busy".

Seems illegal....

Are you trying to retire and they won't tell you what you will be getting, or do you just want to know in case you retire in the next 10 years?

Did you impress upon them the urgency of the situation? From your post I cannot tell if you have asked them ten times for the info, or just casually asked them once and they forgot about it.

I know you are vested but what do you mean: "eligible to receive benefits"?
