I received this letter in the mail. Could someone please tell me what it means? Thank you.

COMPLAINT FOR PROCEEDINGS SUPPLEMENTAL TO EXECUTION

1. Plainiff Owns a judgement in the above referenced cause against the defendant.
2. The Plaintiff has no cause to believe that levy of execution against the defendant will satisfy the judgement.
3. Plaintiff believes the defendant is employed by the Garnishee.
4. The garnishee has or will have nonexempt property of, or an obligation owing to the defendant, subject to execution or proceedings supplemental to execution.

WHEREFORE, affiant requests an Order requiring the defendant and garnishee to appear and answer concerning any nonexempt property due or to become due the Defendant, that such property be ordered to the satisfaction of Plaintiff's judgement and that it be paid directly o Plaintiff's counsel.

Of course there is more but that is the main part of the letter. Any help as to what I should expect is appreciated. I go to court August 10 in the state of Indana.
Thank You,
Stephany

Looks to me like they're going to garnish your wages. Garnishee is usually your employer, you are the defendant.

Better get your exemptions list ready and take it with you to court !
