I was treated very poorly by an online computer retailer. I am in California and they are in Arizona. They didn't return calls or emails, they procrastinated on mailing a refund. After the 3 month ordeal, I got all of my money back only after I put up a website with a name similar to theirs. The site included my story and a couple of other people's stories. I pulled the site down because they said they would include a customer service message board on their site(similar to this one). They never did it and are threating me with legal action if I put my site back up. I want to put the site up to let others make a better more informed decision about the company. Do they have a case? Help me out! Thanks!

There are at least 2 issues --

Use of a confusingly similar name may be a trademark violation. That's a problem.

You have a right to express your opinions under the US Constitution. If they are false and misleading they can sue you for defamation -- but while they sound as if they will lose, it can be a hassle and expense for you.
