In the state of Georgia, who does one report neglect complaints to on a doctor?

If one has complaints of neglect, then one has proven issues of neglect, and supporting documentation should be sent to the State Physician's Board in Atlanta, GA. If one has complaints of suspected negligence, one does the same as if one has proven neglect.
I'm not making fun of your usage of 'one'--I love it. I majored in English Grammar on my first trip to college; and Nursing for my second college degree.
