i have picked up all the forms needed for a divorce from the court house. i would like to file for an annulment in
california, but there are so many forms i dont know which forms to use and the order in which they should be filed.


i am perfectly capable of completing the forms as pro-per, but i just need some guidence.

here are the stipulations:

1. i have been married less than 2 months.

2. we have no debts or community property together.

3. the three children are not his.

4. annulment or divorce, he has been physically abusive.

please help, he has already moved out of my home. thank you
