If there are no arrears and there is a court ordered wage garnishment you petition the court to show cause... and they will lift the wage garnishment order.
If there is no wage garnishment and you pay voluntarily and your order stipulates that your payments end when child turns 18 and graduates from HS then you write a letter to the District Clerk or whoever you pay payments to stating that this is the final payment(In May) because of the child turning the age of majority and graduating HS>
