What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

In an attempt to be breif...my husband is non-custodial parent..is current on arrearages and monthly support (and medical). Situation is that daughter is pregnant (due next month) and he found out custodial mother w/drew her from school Jan 08 (yes, she's in contempt). Daughter will be 18 soon. He is trying to understand the TX law (and court papers) which state he will complete paying CS at 18 or graduates whichever is later. Since she is not in school, does this default to 18? If that is so, how does he go about stopping payments?

he would have to file a motion with the court to stop payments based on the court order.

No, he has no arrears..he paid them. As for filing a motion with the court to stop payments based on the court order......not sure how to go about this? Do we contact the AG office?
