Order a computer advertised on web and tv November of 2000.
Paid for it on my debt card. The company promised Christmas delivery but only sent moniter. They said that the rest was on back order and to wait for it. January, I had enough and cancel order, returned the monitor as told by company and told refund would be sent. But they gave me the runaround. Told me 30 days after monitor was retured I would get money. I have been calling and asking for money back. Now I find on the internet site they have file bankruptcy. How can I get my money back now? How do I file claim? Or is my money lost?

Go to any bankruptcy court to get a claim form and send it registered mail to the bankruptcy court listed on this company's website (www.vcstore.com).

I too purchased a computer pkg. from this company (Video Computer Personalities Inc.) DBA Video computer Store. I too used a debit card. The last payment was withdrawn on 3/16/01.

Attorney General Mike Fisher of Pa, filed a civil lawsuit against this co. on 3/22/01 alledging fraud and deceptive practices. This company filed for bankruptcy on 3/23/01. You can read all about this on Attorney General of Pa website.

I am seeking a_Full Refund_as I feel this company knew it could not or would not deliver the goods!
