What are my options

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Texas

I have had my computer serviced at least 5 times at best buy (well they send it out to their Tech people) and each time it has come back not only was the problem not fixed, but they had broken something else. So I have to keep sending it back. Now this time the store told me that they have no authority to give me a new computer, that it had to come back from the Tech people that they "can not fix it". But each time the tech people return it telling me that it is fixed, only to find out that it is not. What are my options, because I am in school and need my computer and I cannot afford to keep sending if off for months. I was told by the store that after the 4th time it is considered a "Lemon", but this is number 5 right now. I want them to put the Lemon Law into effect on my computer. How much more do I have to deal with to get a new one.

Lemon laws apply only to motor vehicles.

Read your warranty information that came with the computer to find out what your options are.
