What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Company ships from california, im located in missouri.

I ordered some parts offline... one of which was a computer tower for $159, a week after the tower arrived they shipped another one... which i was not charged for... being that it was their error am i required to inform them about it? Which law applies here, california or missouri?

Yes and no. Yes if you would like for them to arrange to have it returned to them or pay for it. No but you could be held liable for the cost of the item. The law of unsolicited items recieved in the mail does not apply in this case. Keeping it without paying for it is theft. If the error went the other way, to paid for two and only received one, would you want the error corrected? Google "unjust enrichment".
