Ohio. I'm currenting paying support for one child and have a pending case for my two other children. Using the various "support payment charts" would I just use three [3] dependants when computing an estimate of what my payments will be? Thanks.

Are the other two children from the same relationship as the first? If so, then yes, you would use the percentage for three children. If not, you would deduct the amount you pay for the first child from your income, and then use that lower number to calculate the support percentage for the other two children.

Thanks. No, another relationship. So, I could use my current gross pay to calculate the pending CS. And am I to assume that the existing CS will not be affected? I was under the impression it would be reduced somewhat.

No. You would use your current gross pay minus your current support obligation (minus whatever other allowable deductions there may be in OH) to calculate the pending support. Your current obligation is unlikely to go down as a result of your having yet more kids. Even if it does, it will be by a negligible amount.
