My wife and I are preparing to bring a contempt of court action against her X stemming from his breech of an agreement my wife and he made in divorce court by discharging a specific debt by filing for bankruptcy. Will we have to take that action in the divorce court, or the bankruptcy court?

My response:

Are you folks represented by counsel in this matter, or are you doing this on your own ?
