My meeting with the creditors in November 22, My divorce was final in Sept. We've always filed income taxes jointly. I filed bankruptcy alone. Will they take my refund I file in 2005?? What if I file jointly with my exhusband, will they take the refund? Should I file seprately and let him claim the kids on his taxes in 2005?

Chances are very good that the Trustee will take your income tax refund.

They may or may not take your return. You , to the best of my knowledge, cannot file jointly with your exhusband, you were divorced by the end of the year, correct?
You need to be asking your attorney questions, he should be able to answer them & tell you what to expect & how to file.
