What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? SD
Our house is 25 years old and we bought it one year ago. The concrete in our driveway and garage pad seem to be settling. There were cracks in the driveway and garage when we purchased it but now they appear to be getting bigger. And the seam between the driveway and the garage pad is noticably split. We know we have some water under the house and we had two sump pumps in the basement which do work and are currently pumping water on a somewhat regular basis.
Is fixing the garage and concrete something that would be covered by insurance?

To make it clearer, homeowners insurance doesn't cover damage that occurs over 25 years. Neither your driveway nor your leaky basement qualifies. It's for sudden hazards and perils.

Further flooding is usually specifically excluded (though this isn't even going to be covered by flood insurance, if you were to have that).
