Would a US condemnation of my land during WW2 eliminate any easments or rights of way over my land that were previously in effect?

It would depend on the amount of land condemned, the location of the condemned land in relation to the easement and the type of easement.

Are there any resources at my disposal that would allow me to reseach this particular condemnation. It took place In/on Long Island New York. My title examiner and Lawyer seem to be side stepping my questions concerning this condemnation which took place on my land, after they told me it would eliminate the plantifs claim as to any right of ways(ingress & egress) over my property.

Thanks
John
