I was denied a conditional use to place a manufactured home on 15 acres already zoned properly. There were no verbal, phone, or written objections from any one on the road or area I wanted to place this mfg. home. There are 5 houses on the dead end road and approximately 8 manufactured homes within a 1/4 mile radius around these 5 houses which were already in place before 3 of these houses were built. The zoning board rep's reason was "I hate to see a trailer go by these nice houses". These houses are not $100,000 houses. There was a single wide trailer set up less than a 1/2 mile away about a year ago with no problem. What legal recourse do I have?
