If a non-owner in a condo. complex is somehow allowed on the board, then said board starts forclosure proceedings against a owner:
1. Are those grounds for dismissal?
2. Can that bring a valid lawsuit against assoc. on those grounds?

This same board violated declaration, bylaws and C.G.S.
1. What should we do?
2. Should we sue for pain and suffering?
