In Louisiana; If a condo owner does not pay his monthly fees, does the board have the right to evict the tenants?

NO that is seperate from your lease with the owner...

The condo board can force the owner to sell, but if you have a lease it gets transferred to the new owner..

If you have no lease then all you get is 30 days to moove
