I live in illinois. I own a condo for 4 years. my bofriend drives a stretch buick limo with private plates. after 4 years of parking in the lot, the condo board said he no longer can park in the parking area or they will tow his car. the rules and regs were changed no limos or commercial vehicles and even though his car has private plates, no commercial ads, they refuse to allow him to park. he can park on the street but only up to 11:00 pm - no overnight. I have tried to reason with the board but to no avail. do i have any recourse?
