Can your condo association restrict services or block you from using recreational facilities after you file chapter 13. I live in CT. and filed with intentions of catching up on my HOA dues.

It may be illegal if they are doing it to attempt to collect a debt while you are in bankruptcy.

Talk to your bankruptcy attorney and have him deal with it if that's the case.
