Former Condominium rules and regulations did allow renting out parging spaces that have been assigned for the units. A month ago this has been changed by the Condominium Board of trustees. Is it allowed for the Condominium Board to change this rule without incorporating a "grandfather clause"? Thank you. What is the name of your state? Massachusetts. What is the name of your state?
