What is the name of your state? CA
A few months ago I filed papers with Child Support Services in the County of Orange in California to establish support. My case was red flagged because of a history of violent abuse from my daughters father, I did not want any of my personal information on the court paperwork. Once the court papers were delivered to my daughters father he called me at work, which I thought was strange since I have not spoken with him in 10 years and have only worked at my current job for 5 years. I later found out that Child Support Services neglected to take the name of the company I work for off the paperwork, so of course he figured out how to get ahold of me. Then I found out that they also sent him all my financial information, including copies of my paycheck stubs I had sent to Child Support Services originally, which have my social security number on them. All this information is supposed to be confidential, so is Child Support Services liable for giving him that information? I have left 3 messages for Child Support Services, and of course they have not called me back. Any help is appreciated.

Don't count on straight answers from CS Officials .
They are notorious for evading people and issues .

I doubt anything can be done to them .

Inform your work's human relations personnel or who's ever in charge of Tel. Calls to not except calls from the X , or give out ANY info. about you .

I don't see how you can Keep ALL info. from the X . The X would have a Right in a Court Proceeding to some Info . especially financial .
