There is no cofidentiallity in bk. They are public records. Anyone can go to the Federal Courthouse and see your file. Heck, I'm old enough to remeber when the local paper would publish the names of people filing in the business section of the Sunday paper. They'd even tell if it was a 7 or a 13. Chalk it up to one of those things that'll happen until 10 years go by and it is suppressed.
