Are there any records, documents etc. law enforcement have to keep on their "confidential informants"? Can we obtain this information? We do not want the "confidential informants" identity, we only want to review records to see if there actually were informants or if officers only used the words "confidential informants" as a tool. Also if law enforcement used a"concerned citizen" as probable cause information and in their police reports, since this citizen is not confidential would law enforement have to reveal this persons identity?
