What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

I am confused. I found a small piece of land that is inexpensive. I was trying to do the paperwork myself to save money. I am the buyer. The seller has given me a copy of:

Warranty Deed With Vendor's Lien

There was a Deed of Trust (don't have copy yet) which was recorded at the courthouse at the same time as the above deed.

I also have a copy of a Release of Lien.

I pulled a General Warranty Deed from from the internet and was going to fill in the blanks. When I get asked "Being the same land described in Deed ?", I assume that I would give info for the Warranty Deed with Vendor's Lien that was recorded? I am confused and would appreciate any advice.

Good grief, you have no clue what you are doing.

FIRST, get title insurance search to see exactly what ALL is against the title, what is owned as to the legal description and what needs to happen to get good title. Also research allowable uses, setback requirements, spetic/sewer/well etc. Get an attorney, this is not a DIY project.

Title search& title insurance is the best money you can spend to learn of any ex wife claims, tax liens that are not seen first pass , contractor liens , former heirs say old old mineral rights easements etc. County records can tell you things like if there was a private well at one time was it condemned as contaminated ( which is a huge thing in rural areas if no public water is avail or even if there are any moratoriums locally about drilling new wells)
