Confused in Washington State

What is the name of your state? i am from washington state. i was arrested for dui and did not receive the goldenrod copy of my ticket after my arrest. in lieu of the civil (dol) case against me, i got a copy of the ticket in a packet along with other information pertinent to my case. however, on the ticket the "mandatory court appearance" box was checked but it did not say what court, what date, or what time. i am wondering when they will tell me this information or any other way i can find out this information right now. thank you for your time.
