What is the name of your state? Hawaii

I bought a motorcycle from Kawasaki which opened a credit card for the purchase of the bike. HH Bank is the Lien holders on the Title of the bike. We filed for bankruptcy and included that card in our list of debts which has been discharged. The problem is, how do I get the title for the motorcycle if the debt on the bike is discharged?

You Dont! Why should the lien holders give you the title? You didn't pay for the bike!

They can NEVER TRY to collect from you the amount owed on the bike, nor do they have to legally give you the title...
