california 20yr HMO employee still in litigation won work comp case for hostile work environment md stalked my daughter, and employees sabatoged my work and car. I could have been killed. I'm vested in the company AME report states I am never to return to HMO. They forced me out - can I collect my "vested" funds although my age is 50 ?
They have cut off all my checks stating they have paid enough 16,000$ this is insane. If they force me to quit I lose lifetime medical benefits, I'm not old enough to retire.
I now have PTSD and still in treatment, but can only work part-time which I do but cannot support myself on this. MetLife was suppose to be paying me but stated I didn't have a "qualifying" injury. Social Security the same, so I now got a lawyer for that. In the meantime, I'm barely making it from day to day this stress is killing me.
