MY DAUGHTER IS 18MONTHS OLD AND HER FATHER HAS JOINT CUSTODY WITH ME HAVING SOLE-HE ONLY SEES HER WHEN ITS CONVIENT FOR HIM (THATS ABOUT EVERY 4/5 WEEKS) I RELLY DON'T WANT HIM CONFUSING HER ANYMORE-AND I WILL STOP TAKING HIS CHILD SUPPORT IF I THOUGHT I COULD GET HIM OUT OF HER LIFE. I NEED SUGGESTIONS

Does he have court ordered visitation ? If so, you can not stop his visitation.. CS is not connected to visitation.

HE DOES HAVE COURT ORDERED VISITAION BUT I THINK IT WOULD BE IN HER BEST INTEREST IF HE WOULD EITHER BE CONSISTENT OR NOT AT ALL

Then it is up to you to present that arguement to a judge and ask him to change the visitation. To be honest though, every 4/5 weeks is not bad in the great scheme of things and the judge will have heard much worse. Although I agree with you, legally, you may not get anywhere unless it goes longer betweem visits.
