I live in New Jersey and I want to visit some places that I've seen in Weird NJ that are abandoned. What I want to know is that if I go to an abandned mental hospital, what are the legal consequences of trespassing there if it is my first offence and there was no vandalism or forced entry?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
