What is the name of your state? CA

If someone wrote "there appears to be inconsistencies between the two signatures, therefore we are asking for a dissmissal of the claim" in regard to two documents I am using at a hearing, enough to be considered libel?

The two signatures in question are ligetimate and I have a witness that was with me when the documents were signed.
If my claim is dismissed based on this statement, then it has damaged my reputation and cost me financially. What are my options?
