You failed to ask a question so I don't know what you want to know. I can tell you this much: nothing in the facts stated in your post is a crime by either the clients former attorney or that attorney's lawyer. The former lawyer might have committed malpractice, but that is what the malpractice lawsuit the client filed will determine.
