What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi

 Why? Is it that a Rapest, child abuser, murder, you can just keep going. All
of these, criminals have rights under the U.S. Constitution? But not a drunk driver, He
has none of these rights or is not entitle to the rights because they do not apply. Dui is an exception to these rights. Why? If you are found guilty of felony, dui then you are a felony. Not a dui felony but a felony. And you lose the same rights as any other felony. But the other felony's have constitutional rights, and if one of these rights is violated. The case is thrown out of court. It does not matter what the crime or how many time the crime. It is still dismissed. Again Why? Are dui's discriminated againest and denied these Constitutional rights. CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHY? OH!!! One other thing. Know were in the Cinstitution does it say except when this crime is commeted! ! ! !:D:D

IT IS LIKE THAT SONG WHY TELL ME...TELL ME WHY... ARE WE NOT CITIZENS JUST LIKE
EVERYBODY ELSE?

Your post is incoherent. Perhaps you should lay off the booze before posting.;)

Which "right" do you believe you were you deprived of as a result of a DUI?

This series of ramblings makes no sense.

An error by the state in prosecution or arrest does not automatically result in a dismissal. Though, I strongly suspect that what you believe are violations of your rights were actually no such thing.

Perhaps you'd care to explain what happened rather than simply ramble and rant.

Hey guys, I'm just curious...what's a Cinstitution, and where can I catch a ride on that "comet"?:D

My advice to you Shuhlaylee... lay off the moonshine, stay off the road and hitch a ride on that "cometed" of yours; and please please please don't come to California!

More info

To the OP, please post the details of your arrest and prosecution. Perhaps we could see the light if we had the information to process.

**A: plain and simple. The US Constitution does not give a citizen the right to drive while drunk.

Ironically it gives you the right to buy enough firearms to kill 100 times more people than you could while driving drunk. (See new mexico's laws)

NM is hardly the Queen State of Non-Drunk-Drivers.:rolleyes: In fact, it's one of the very worst.

Pointless.

Not for driving drunk.....for semi-automatic weapons. I think it's great that you're allowed to buy a gun that could kill an army in seconds, but driving drunk is somehow the same....

they cancel each other out. I'm really not a DUI offender.....I'm a potential mass murderer and the state should lock me up and throw away the key.
