i want to construct a house in my place, there is one Ricemill near by my place.the total length of the rice mill is 37 feet. but as per the documents 36 feet belongs to the ricemill owner. there are two window facing towards my place(land) . even though one feet wall is already belongs to me,i used or planned to raise a separate wall attached to that rice mill wall by closing that window. but the owner saying that according to the eastment rights u cant close the window, so you raise the wall by leaving some feet in u r land without disturbing my window.he is saying that as per the rule no should have the rights of closing the window when the age of the building exceeds 20 years.



this is my query so please some advice. i will be very greatful to u
