Is there a Statue of Limitations for filing a suit for Constructive discharge.
I am filing an age discrimination suit but something happened several years ago with the same company that stood in my mind with I left the company. I have enough to file age discrimination but am looking at including constructive discharge which occured this year, but several years ago I had a problem with a department and in Feb of this year I was offered a demotion or package and because of what happened previously and what they were doing to me this year I took the package, but can I use that in my suit?
